Mr. William Haines Childs, Jr. of Vidalia died Monday night in Vidalia. Mr. Childs was born in Atlanta,
Georgia son of the late William H. Childs,Sr. and Sara Seagraves Childs. He was a member of the Roswell VFW, Alpharetta American Legion, Buckhead Boys "AtlantaBuckhead" and the Masonic Lodge in Lyons. Mr. Childs was a Vietnam War Veteran having served in the United States Navy. He was a Locksmith.
He is survived by his wife--Virginia J. Childs
2 sons-- William J. Childs and John Robert Childs
Sister -- Sara "Missy" Childs
Niece- Amy Childs, nephew--Anthony Childs, greatnephew--Dylan Childs
