Mr. Warren Lee Whitehead, 61, resident of Swainsboro, died Tuesday morning at Community Hospice House in Vidalia. Mr. Whitehead was born in Swainsboro ,son of the late Leroy Whitehead and Helen Cowart Whitehead.  Mr. Whitehead was preceded in death by his parents, and a  brother Alec "Al" Whitehead .   He was an auto mechanic  and was a  Baptist.

Memorial services for Lee Whitehead will be held Friday morning at 11:00 A.M. from Summertown Baptist Church with Reverend Hal Wilson officiating.  Private  interment will be at Eastbrook Cemetery.  The Family will receive friends at Tomlinson Funeral Home Thursday evening between the hours of 6-8 P.M.  In lieu of flowers , donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Warren Lee Whitehead.

Survivors include --2 sons-- Michael Lee Whitehead(April)

Christopher DeWayne Whitehead(Kristen)

brother--Jack E. Whitehead(Dee)

sister--Nancy Whitehead Templeton

Grandchildren-- Railey, Chase, Chailey, Cameron, and Aidan
