Mrs. Virginia Paradise Hairr, 82, resident of Wadley, died Tuesday afternoon at University Hospital in Augusta. Mrs. Hairr was the daughter of the late John and Sara Elizabeth Paradise. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers William and Ray Paradise and sisters Elizabeth Eskew and Ethel McCullough. She had worked at the Wadley shirt factory and Fortsman Industries. She was a member of Wadley Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held Thursday morning at 11:30 from Parkers United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Gene McCoy officiating. Pallbearers will be: Chris Page, Scotty Page, Anthony Hairr,Shane Hairr,Jason Scott, and Lee Page. Honorary pallbearers will be: Greg Anderson, Kenneth Brown and Ricky Eskew Visitation will be Thursday morning at Wadley Baptist Church from 10:00 A.M. -11:00 A.M.
