Our precious mother Venita  Woods gained her angel wings on Wednesday 12-9-20. She was surrounded by all her loved one. She is survived by her three sons Lee (Gale) Woods, Al Woods and William Woods. Besides her children she had 9 grandkids and 9 great grandchildren. She is also survived my a sister Joyce Coleman and her faithful four legged companion Foxy. Mama loved to sit around with her grands and tell them what kind of mischief there uncles and papa would get into.  The story's she could would tell would have all the grands laughing begging for more and there uncles and papa begging her to stop. She was one heck of a story teller. The memories and laughs of them days we will always cherish. She also loved to cook for her family her famous potato salad and pound Cale would have everyone fighting over the last little bit are piece. Mama never was one to be the center of attention and she will probably be shaking her finger at us but we will be having a memorial service at Tomlinson funeral home on Saturday December 19, 2020 at 5 p.m please come join us if you can.
