Mr. Thomas MacArthur Brantley, 75, resident of Kite, died  Wednesday morning at Serenity Hospice Inpatient in Dublin.  Thomas was born in Kite, son of the late Martin and Evie Lee Edge Brantley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joann Price Brantley  He had retired from AIC Kaolin and was a member of the  Kite First Baptist Church.

Funeral services for Mr. Brantley will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 A.M. from the Kite First Baptist Church with Reverend Burton Dixon and Dr. Tom Akins officiating.  Interment will follow in the Kite Cemetery.  The Family will receive friends at the Kite First Baptist Church Saturday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral at 11:00A.M.  Pallbearers will be: Chris Burns, Mike Kersey, Ronnie Josey, Chris Fields, Todd Hutcheson, and Jim Ledford.  Honorary  pallbearers will be Harry Winfrey, Jimmy Anderson,  and David Fields.
