Sarah Celeste Snooks, 32, resident of Eden, Georgia, died Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in Effingham County.  Sarah was born in Dublin,Georgia, daughter of Cynthia L. Hammock and the late Stephen Harrison  Snooks, III. She was manager and co-owner of  a trucking terminal business.  Sarah was a  United States Army veteran.  Sarah was preceded in death  by her father, and her grandfather,Joseph Ray Sellers.

Graveside services for Sarah Celeste Snooks were held Sunday afternoon March 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with William Young officiating.
