December 13 ,2013 Mrs. Ruth Hooks Williams, age 86, resident of Gray,Georgia died Friday night at Lynn Haven Health and Rehab Center in Gray. Mrs. Williams was born in Metter,GA daughter of the late Julius and Gertrude "Trudy" Hooks. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband Herman Lamar Williams. She had lived in Kite,Georgia for over 20 years. Graveside services for Mrs. Ruth Hooks Williams will be held Monday afternoon at 2:00 P.M. at Sardis Cemetery with Reverend Joey Williams officiating.. The family will receive friends at Tomlinson Funeral Home Monday afternoon at 1:00 P.M. Survivors include 2 sonsDanny L. Williams, Gray,Georgia Larry T. Williams, Cochran,Georgia 6 grandchildren,26 greatgrandchildren,and 9 greatgreatgrandchildren
