Mr. Ronnie William Jones, 69, resident of Swainsboro, died Saturday at his residence. Mr. Jones was born in Emanuel County and had lived here all of his life.  He was the son of the late James R. and Dolly Brinson Jones.  He had retired as a mechanic.  Ronnie was a member of Union Primitive Baptist Church.

Memorial services for Ronnie were held  Monday afternoon at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home. Interment  was in Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Survivors include a sister --Patricia L. Jones
