July 31, 2014 Mr. Robert Earl "Bobby" McGowan, 66, resident of Wadley, died Thursday at University Hospital in Augusta. Mr. McGowan was born in Swainsboro, Georgia son of the late Albert V. and Eileen W. Jones McGowan. He was a designer and engineer and builder of saw mills for the timber industry.
