August 28, 2012 Ms. Ramona Vivian Belt, 76, resident of Vidalia,Georgia and former resident of Towner County, North Dakota died Tuesday morning at Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia. Ms. Belt was the daughter of the late Isaac and Vivian Belt. She had retired from health care as a Registered Nurse. Survivors include 2 sistersIone Maze of Vidalia,Georgia and Beatrice Otterbein of Tacoma ,Washington. Memorial Services for Ms. Ramona Vivian Belt will be held at a later date.
