Peggy J. Brown, 75, resident of Twin City, passed away Monday. Peggy was born in Swainsboro, daughter of the late Dewey Martin Fortescue and Pearline Wallace Fortescue. She had worked as a caregiver to the elderly. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
