Mrs. Hendrix was born in Emanuel County daughter of the late Edwin and Edna Bailey. She was a secretary in the state government and was a homemaker. Mrs. Hendrix was preceded in death by her sister Bunny Johnson and brother-in-law Buck Johnson. Memorial services for Mrs. Hendrix will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 1st 2014, at Tomlinson Funeral Home with Reverend Josh Black officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday night April 30th 2014 from 6 to 8 PM. Flowers will be accepted and memorials may be made to Camp Sunshine Programs for Children with Cancer, 1850 Clairmont Road Decatur, GA 30033 in memory of Mrs. Hendrix.
