OBITUARY

Mrs. Norma Lee Greenway Hooks, 100, died Thursday evening at Emanuel County Nursing Home.  Mrs. Hooks was born in Emanuel County , daughter of the late Frank Thomas Greenway and Hattie Joyner Greenway.  She was preceded in death by her parents  and  her husband  Lorinza Hooks.  Mrs. Hooks had worked as an inspector for Creston and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Funeral services for Mrs. Norma Lee Greenway Hooks will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. from the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home  with Reverend Louis Pearce and Reverend Ray Jenkins officiating.  Interment will follow in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be:  Tracy Vaughn Davis, Roger  Neil Hooks, Jr., Marty Ray Phillips, James Ray Bargeron, Chris Purcell and Matthew John Merchant.   The Family will receive friends at Tomlinson Funeral Home Saturday  afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral service at 3:00 P.M..
