Mildred J. Lawrence, 81, resident of Wadley, Georgia, passed away Monday night in Wadley.  Mrs. Lawrence was born in Memphis, TN, daughter of the late Raymond Andrews and Margerate Louise McKee Andrews. Mildred had lived in Statham, Georgia for many years.  She was a homemaker and a loving mother .

She is survived by her daughters-- Carolyn D. Bell  and Kelly S. Lawrence
