Mrs. Mary Ella Davis, 87, resident of Stillmore,Georgia, died Thursday afternoon at her residence.  Mary was born in Stillmore daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Homer Smith.  She was a graduate of Emanuel County Institute ,Class of 1947.  Mary  had been an office manager for Bearings Industrial Company before her retirement in 1985.    She was of the Primitive Baptist faith.  Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, her brothers  Jerry Neil Smith, Clebourne Smith  and two sisters, Nadiga Smith Durden and Margaret Smith Fields.

Graveside services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 A.M. from the Sims- Warren Cemetery with Reverend George Archer officiating.

Survivors include a sister-- Norma Joyce Davis ,Shoreline, Washington

many nieces and nephews and cousins
