June 8,2012 Mrs. Mary Beatrice Parrish Youmans, age 87, resident of Swainsboro, died Friday afternoon in the Emanuel Medical Center. Mrs. Youmans was preceded in death by her husband Reverend Kenneth Youmans. Mrs. Youmans was born in Emanuel County and had lived here for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Swainsboro, WMU President, Sunday School Teacher and a member of the Happy Rovers. Mrs. Youmans was a member of the Emanuel County Historical Preservation Society and had served with the 4-H Leadership and was a former vice president of the Swainsboro Garden Club. Funeral services for Mrs. Beatrice Youmans will be held Monday morning at 11:00 A.M. from the First Baptist Church in Swainsboro with Dr. Robert Blankenship and Reverend Robert Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Dellwood Community. Pallbearers will be: Chris Youmans, Brian Sanfilippo, Robbie Sanfilippo,Don Turner, Mike Youmans,P.O. Youmans, and Rodney Garvin. The family of Mrs. Beatrice Youmans will receive friends at Tomlinson Funeral Home Sunday evening from 6-8 P.M.
