KITE, GA.

Mrs. Martha Sue Wiggins, age 76, of Kite, died on Monday August 8,2016 at her residence after a brief illness. The Johnson County native had lived in Kite her entire life. Mrs. Martha was a very active and dedicated member of Minton Chapel Advent Christian Church. She was employed with Swainsboro Printing for many years, and was a Substitute Teacher for many years, fondly called "Mrs. Martha " by the children she taught. Mrs. Wiggins is preceded in death by her parents, James Stanley and Eunice Greenway Wiggins.

Survivors include her sisters, Patsy Oliver of Marietta and Daphne (Jerry) Taylor, Niece and nephew, Shanda Taaffe and Travis Aycock. Great nieces, Sydney Taaffe and Kathy Grace Aycock.

Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Sue Wiggins will be held Friday, August, 12,2016 at 11:00 a.m at Minton Chapel Advent Christian Church with Rev. Calvin Leavitt officiating. Internment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, August, 11, 2016 from 6 until 8 p.m. In leiu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Minton Chapel Cemetery Fund, 1058 Minton Chapel Rd.
