Mark (Martin) Greenway, age 61, was placed into God's hands on November 23 ^rd , 2021.  Martin was born in Swainsboro, Georgia, son of the late Ennis Edward Greenway and Lucretia Murphy Greenway.  Martin was presently residing in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Martin graduated from Thomas Jefferson Academy and Georgia Southern University where he  received a Bachelors Degree in Science  and Industrial management. With that education he became a successful entrepreneur and businessman.

He was the proud owner of Green Energy Painting. His love of life, friends, and family was infectious. His smile could lighten any dark day – so please remember this today when thinking of him. Along with his love of life Mark (Martin) had a deep love for the outdoors. Martin treasured spending time with his family and friends, hunting and fishing, and laying on the beach enjoying the peace and tranquilly while sharing stories and causing laughter. The title of best friend and companion goes to Dixie Greenway whom he loved so very much. Mark (Martin) traveled regularly between the places he loved most Bartow Ga. and Destin Fl. with the person he loved most, his Miss Alabama, Cynthia King Greenway. Together they lived a life full of adventure, laughter, mind blowing memories, but mostly love. Mark (Martin) will be missed by many, but his love of life will live on in everyone that knew and loved him.

Graveside services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3:00 P.M. from the Bartow Cemetery. Following the service, friends are invited to the Greenway home at 7470 Church Street, Bartow, Georgia.

Pallbearers are Raine Salter, Rusty Russell, BIll Boulineau, Phillip Boulineau, Greg Gaston, Bruce Sammons, Dana Kent.

Honorary Pallbearers are Aaron Smith, Jimmy Bass, Daniel Price, Joseph George, Albert Hall, Joel Pinder, Chuck Cohwen, Allen Frost, Keith Hall, Zachary King, and Robbie Oliver.

Arramgements are by Tomlinson Funeral Home and Crematory, Swainsboro, Georgia
