Marilyn Sue Couse, resident of Swainsboro , died Tuesday July 16, 2019 at her residence.  Marilyn was born in Mexico, Missouri, daughter of the late Weldon and Helen Doeblin Staples. She was also preceded in death by a brother Fritz Staples.  Marilyn had worked  as a secretary before retiring.  She enjoyed cooking, reading new books , serving as a volunteer at the Library, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Saturday , July 27, 2019 at Tomlinson Funeral Home from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.

Marilyn is survived by :

Husband-- Gary Couse

3 children--Brenda Henry, Jeff Baumhoer, and Chris Anderson

4 stepchildren-- Clint Couse, Tami Acklin, Michelle Kasak, and Kanokwan Bohan

Brother-- Alan Staples

Sister-- Marsha Cook

10 grandchildren-- Sierra Henry, Austin Henry, Carter Baumhoer,  Mickayla  Acklin, Megan Acklin,  Caleigh Compton, Steven Corliss, Nathan Corliss,  Hunter Bohan , and Faith Couse.

2 great grandchildren-- Aden Poole  and Lane McDowell
