Mr. Levy Stroud, Jr., 87, resident of Swainsboro, died Thursday September 14, 2017 at Emanuel Medical Center.  Mr. Levy was a native and lifelong resident of Emanuel County. He was the son of the late  Levy Stroud,Sr. and Sarah Kirkland Stroud.  He was a carpenter. He was preceded in death by a brother  Joe Ed Stroud and a sister Dorothy Edwards.

Funeral services for Mr. Levy Stroud, Jr. will be held   at 2:00 P.M. Saturday September 16, 2017 in the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Reverend Ray Freeman officiating.  Interment will follow in Old Canoochee Cemetery .  Pallbearers will be : William Boatright, Jonathan Henry,Hunter Rich, Jason  Williams, Coby Mayes, and David  Kirby. The Family will receive friends at Tomlinson Funeral Home Saturday afternoon  from 12:00-funeral time at 2:00 P.M.
