Leola S. Freeman, 95, of Wadley, Georgia,  was granted her angel wings on January 22,2020 surrounded by family and friends that Mrs. Leola had touched in some way throughout her very

memorable life. She loved her family, her church, cooking  and sitting on her front porch.  She is preceded in death by her husband Ollie Edward Freeman, Sr., her parents Henry Hampton Slater and Cora Lee Flanders Slater ,four brothers- J.V. Slater, Guy Slater, Fleton Slater, Willie Slater,  one sister- Lucile Lawerance., 2 grandsons-Tim Coleman and Ridge Holland.

She is survived by her three children--Helen(and the late Eddie) Coleman of Canoochee, GA

Mott(John) Cox  of Louisville,GA,  and Ollie (Cindy) Freeman, Jr. of Wadley,GA

Grandchildren--Missy Oglesby, Michael Freeman, Rodney(Renae) McGraw, Jenny(Jody)Gibson, Amanda Weekly(Chris),Melanie(Danny)Hobbs, and Wyatt Wilhelm.

20 greatgrandchildren--Amy(Shane) Estes, Erin(Kyle)Beach, Logan and Ansley McGraw, Myles and Addison Weekly, Ricky Bustamonte, Timothy, Eddie, and Justin Coleman, Lucas(Hali) Smith, Haley(Monte)Robinson, Matthew
Smith, Danneille(Bo) Roberts, Ashby(Zach) Loveall.

18 great great grandchildren also survive .

Funeral services for Mrs. Leola Freeman will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 A.M. from the  Wadley  United Methodist Church with Reverend Chris Shoemake officiating. Interment will follow in the Wadley Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be-Rodney McGraw, Logan McGraw, Danny Hobbs, Chris Jones, Wyatt Wilhelm and  Matthew Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be greatgrandchildren

The Family will receive friends at the Wadley United Methodist Church Saturday morning  from 10:00 A.M.  until the funeral at 11:00 A.M.
