Kathryn Gibson Mckenzie, 66, of Swainsboro, GA passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019.

Born February 13, 1952 in Swainsboro, GA, she was the daughter of the late Ben and Helen Taylor Gibson.

She was retired from Swainsboro Primary School and was a member of First Baptist Church in Swainsboro.

She is survived by her son Benjamin, daughter-in-law Kellie and two grandchildren Beau and Olivia; a sister, Sue Gibson Moncrief (Lee); nieces Catherine Moncrief Frayley, Mary Beth Moore Henderson and nephews, Rett Moncrief & Neal More; brother David Gibson.

She is also survived by several nephews and nieces, extended family and dear family friends Ginny Kasper; Lindsey Kasper Radford (Chris) and daughters, Brailey and Colbie Radford; and Robby Kasper (Trudie) and children, Katie Dawn and Walter Reid Kasper; Martha Wilson.

Kathy was preceded in death by her son, Rad McKenzie and sister Delaine Gibson Moore.

Memorial Services will be  held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday January 13, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Swainsboro with Reverend Casey Shaw.  Interment will follow  in Swainsboro City Cemetery.
