Mrs. Stroud, a native of Emanuel County. was born in Kite. She kept children for many years in her home. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 1:00 pm. in the Chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home, with Dr. Ray Freeman and Reverend Randy Adams officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Paul Purvis, Tony Purvis, Charles Purvis, Larry Purvis, Charlie Sconyers, and Randy Sconyers.
