Tomlinson Funeral Home & Crematory announces the death of Mrs. Judith Giles "Judy" Beckworth age 73 of Swainsboro on Friday, January 17, 2025, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.

Mrs. Beckworth was born in 1951 to the late Floyd and Margaret Giles. She was a personal caregiver and a member of the Swainsboro Church of The Nazarene. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Jimmy David Beckworth, Jr., brothers Marcey "Speedy" Giles and George Giles, and sister Martha Way.

Her Son: Jimmy David Beckworth, III (Lorrie)

Grandchildren: Justin Beckworth (Catherine), Shaina Johnson (Chris), and Vincent Gizzi, Jr. (Laura)

Brothers: Russell Giles, Gerald Giles, and Harris Giles

Sisters: Faye Skipper, Carolyn Braswell, Ethel Jones

Funeral Services will be Friday, January 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Michael Bailey officiating.

Interment will follow in Eastbrook Cemetery and Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Tomlinson Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Giles Way, Tommy Way, Michael Wilson, Chris Way, Larry Wilson, and Ricky Thompson.
