Mr. Joseph Neal Hooks, age 51, resident of Twin City , Georgia , died Friday January 1, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Hooks was born in Atlanta , Georgia son of Roy and Mearleane Joyner Hooks. He was disabled and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church .

Memorial services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Reverend Gene Cross officiating.
