Mr. Parrish was born in Emanuel County and had lived here all his life. He was a Shipping Clerk with Tumi Inc. in Vidalia. Joey was an avid dirt track racer, since he was 17 years old. His loves in life was his job, his puppy and dirt track racing Memorials may be made to; Community Hospice, 904 Mt. Vernon Rd, Vidalia, Ga. 30475. Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 11:00 am. at Emanuel Christian Ministries with Reverend Louis Pearce and Reverend Bunny Hudson officiating. Interment will follow in the East Brook Cemetery. Pall Bearers will be: Allen Durden, Wade Williams, Rodney Marcus, Jamie Odell, Davey Lovins, and Henry Fulghum.
