TOMLINSON FUNERAL HOME 718 South Main St. Swainsboro, GA 30401 Ph. 478-237-3691 February 27, 2014 Mrs. Joann Price Brantley, resident of Kite, Georgia, died Wednesday evening at Wrightsville Manor Nursing Home in Wrightsville, Ga.. Mrs. Brantley, a native of Johnson County, was retired. She was a member of the Kite First Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher and involved in the Womens Missionary Union, and the adult Choir. She was preceded in death by her parents; Dorsey and Belle Price, and a sister Frances Price. Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 11:00 am in the Kite First Baptist Church with Reverend Burton Dixon officiating. Interment will follow in the Kite City Cemetery. She is survived by: Her husband: Thomas Brantley of Kite. 2 Sons: Alan Brantley (Cindy) Michael Brantley (Laura) 2 Grandsons: Will and Jacob Brantley. The family will receive friends Friday evening between the hours of 6 and 8pm at the Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Tomlinson Funeral Home of Swainsboro.
