Jennings L. Beecher, 89, passed away on Tuesday morning, December 22, 2020. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 26 ^th at 2 o'clock in New Hope Cemetery led by Reverend Michael Williams. Family will greet friends at the graveside, following the committal service.

For over 37 years he worked at Warner Robins Air Force Base, retiring in 1988. He attended Porterfield Baptist Church in Macon, GA. He enjoyed hunting, especially quail hunting with his father, brothers and son. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fate and Sarah Beecher; brothers, June Beecher and Robert Beecher.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 68 years, Carolyn Beecher; a son, Joel Beecher (Sonya), two daughters; Kathy Gilbert (Tommy), Lori Mullis (Earl); grandchildren, Jessica Kosmowski (Bob), Phillip Gilbert (Christina), Fate Beecher, Louann Beecher, Nick Mullis, Samuel Mullis (Maria), Jacob Mullis, and Matthew Mullis; 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family.
