Mr. James J. Winters, resident of Statesboro, died Friday afternoon at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient in Statesboro. Mr. Winters was born in Savannah and had lived in Statesboro for 25 years. He had served 10 years in the Georgia National Guard and was in the Antiques and Design business. There are no services planned for Mr. Winters.
