James Alan Bowman, 63, resident of Metter, Georgia, died Tuesday afternoon May 25, 2021 at East Georgia  Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, Georgia.  James was born in Maryland ,   son of the late George R. Bowman and Jeannette Blomquist.   He had lived in Texas before moving to  Metter, Georgia  3 years ago.  He had retired as a carpenter.  James was a member of Living Waters Church.

He is survived by his brothers-- Skip Bowman and Eric Bowman

sister-- Tera Harnish

niece-- Barbara Wilson

A memorial service for Mr. James Alan Bowman is pending.
