Mr. James Barnell Anderson,  95, resident of Swainsboro, died Monday  September 6, 2021 in Vidalia , Georgia.  James was born in Jefferson County, Georgia, son of the late James Anderson and Beulah Henry Anderson.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Clara Henry Anderson,  3 sisters- Johnnie Anderson, Bernice Anderson, and Mildred Conrad.  J.B. was a farmer and had been employed by Emanuel County as Road Superintendent and later for the city of Swainsboro as Public Works Superintendent. He also had worked  with the Swainsboro Recycling Center.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Tommy Henry officiating. Interment will be in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.
