Mr. Howard Bissell Vann, 67, resident of Evans, Georgia, formerly of Beech Island ,SC,  died  Friday evening in Evans, Georgia.  Howard was the son of the late William Edward Vann  and Harriett Coleman Vann. He was a college graduate and had worked at  Savannah River Plant.  Howard was a member of Trinity on the Hill UMC.

Graveside services for Howard Bissell Vann will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 P.M. from Swainsboro City Cemetery with  Reverend Greg Hatfield officiating.  Covid-19 guidelines will be followed.

Survivors include several cousins.

Arrangements are by Tomlinson Funeral Home and Crematory of Swainsboro
