April 28, 2014 Mr. Hilton Wayne Dowd, 50, resident of Swainsboro, died Monday night at UPAC in Swainsboro. Mr. Dowd was born in Bulloch County son of the late Hilton and Mary Boulineau Dowd. He had lived in Swainsboro for the past 6 months. Memorial services for Mr. Dowd will be held at a later date.
