Mrs. Fennell was born in Baldwin County, but had lived in Wadley most of her life. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband; Barney Fennell and a daughter, Jackie Butts. Funeral services will be Friday morning, October 21, 2011, in the Chapel of Smith Funeral, with Reverend Rusty Manning officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethesda Cemetery, Wadley, Ga. Pallbearers will be: David Smith, Sammy Brown, Robert Starley, Rick Parker, Chris Barton, and Timmy Brown. Survivors include: 2 sons; Eddie Fennell and Jeff Fennell, both of Wadley, Ga. 2 Granddaughters: Vicky Arrington (Jimmy) of Warrenville, SC. Charlotte McNeely (Capt. Leonard McNeely) of Sumter, SC. Son-in-law: Crayton Butts Niece and Nephew: Bonnie Parker and Robert Starley. 3 Great Grandchildren 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
