Tomlinson Funeral Home & Crematory announces the death of Mr. F. David "Dave" Moore age 73 of Putnam Hall, FL on Sunday, September 21, 2025.

Mr. Moore was born in Swainsboro to the late F.D. and Louette Sconyers Moore. Dave was an avid Georgia Bulldog Football and Atlanta Braves Baseball fan. Among his hobbies he especially enjoyed fishing and dove hunting. He was an avid lover of music and animals. Most of all he loved spending time with family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Judy Moore.

Daughters: Sierra Turner (Anthony) of Swainsboro, & Lana Helms (Lance) of Vidalia

Uncle: Joe Sconyers of Augusta, GA

Aunt: Nadine Lorentsen of Putnam Hall, FL

Sister-In-Law: Laurie Frost of Townsend, GA

Granddaughters: Ashlyn Turner and Millie Turner of Swainsboro, Aly Mitchell (J.D.) of Mt. Vernon, Ava Helms & Annalyn Helms of Vidalia.

Great-Grandson: James Mitchell

Memorial Services will be Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the time of services at Tomlinson Funeral Home.
