Ellen Turner Edge Pitts, 85, resident of Swainsboro, died Sunday evening at her residence. Mrs. Pitts was born in Toombs County, Georgia  daughter of the late Leonard Turner and Nora Mae Logan Turner.  Mrs. Pitts was a member of Nunez Baptist Church.

Due to the COVID -19 Pandemic, graveside services will be held for the Family at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday  from the Swainsboro City Cemetery with Reverend Louis Pearce and  Reverend Neal Stich officiating.  Social Distancing Protocols will  apply.

Survivors include her husband- Reuben Pitts

2 daughters-- Becky Foskey and Jena Denver

Son-Dana Edge(Susan)

14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren,  many nieces and nephews

Brother--Robert Turner

Arrangements are by Tomlinson Funeral Home
