March 9, 2014 Louis Edwin Cannady age 61, of Canoochee, died unexpectedly Sunday at Emanuel Medical Center . Edwin was born in Metter Georgia, son of the late Louis S. and Ruby Allmond Cannady. He had lived here all of his life. He attended Middle Georgia College and Georgia Southern University. He was a salesman for Swainsboro Supply. Edwin was a member and Deacon at Pendleton Springs Baptist Church. Funeral services for Mr. Louis Edwin Cannady will be held Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 P.M. from the Pendleton Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Walter Jarrell, Carl Tankersley and Elder Tommy Rountree officiating. Interment will follow in the Morris Family Cemetery in Oak Park. Pallbearers will be Kyle Cannady, Mitch Hall, Derek Brown, Tyson Webb, Josh Robertson and Jonathon Parrish. Honorary pallbearers will be Swainsboro Supply workers , Larry Handsom, Jacob Coleman,Jimmy Willis,Dennis Holden,Terry Brown, and Charles Page. The family will receive friends at Tomlinson Funeral Home Tuesday evening between the hours of 6-8 P.M. and will be at their home in Canoochee.
