Mrs. Dortha Fae Flood, 78, resident of Cobbtown, Georgia, died Wednesday evening in Vidalia.  Mrs. Flood was born in Tattnall County, daughter of the late Emitt and Dollie Mae  Collins Wilkes. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Joseph J. Flood.  Dortha had retired from Walmart and was a member of Marietta Freewill Baptist Church.
