Dorothy M. Garretson , 94, resident of Swainsboro, Georgia, died Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Hospice Savannah.  Dorothy was born in Candler County, Georgia , daughter of the late Thomas Sutton and Robbie Holloway Sutton.  Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Blaine Garretson, her parents, a brother Roy Sutton,  children Tommy Turner and Bobby Turner.  She was a homemaker.

Survivors include --brother-- Jack Sutton, Swainsboro,GA

sister--Betty Jean Burkett, Jonesboro, Georgia

grandchildren-- Thomas Mock, Long County, Georgia

Tammy Clark, Richmond Hill, Georgia

Memorial services will be held  Saturday, March 6,2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Antioch Cemetery with Reverend Louis Pearce officiating. Social Distancing and use of face coverings is encouraged.
