Tomlinson Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Derek Sconyers age 48 of Adrian, GA on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, GA.

Memorial services will be Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.

Derek was a fun loving individual who loved making people laugh, he enjoyed playing video games and was a dedicated UGA Bulldog Football fan. Derek was preceded in death by his Father Thomas Watson "Tommy" Sconyers and his Mother Evonne Wilson Sconyers.

Survivors Include:

His Wife: Jessie Wilkerson Sconyers - Wrightsville, GA

Step-Children: Haylie Osborne of Kite, Angel Wilkerson of Dublin, and Erica Johnson of Dublin.

His Step-Mother: Angelia Sconyers of Swainsboro

Aunts: Vicki Goodson (William), Joann Lane, Evelyn Patrick, Betty Jean Andrews (Eddie), and Glenda Riner (William).

Many Cousins and extended family.
