Mrs. Carol Leas, 76, resident of Twin City,Georgia, died Monday May 15, 2017 at Community Hospice in Vidalia. Carol was born in Norwalk, Connecticut and had lived in Twin City for 3 years. She had retired from Noxema Cosmetics.
