Mr. Womack, born in Emanuel County had lived here all his life. He was retired from the Oil Business. Mr. Womack was a member of the Lions Club, McKinney Pond Hunting Club and Canoochee Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Frank Kirkland Womack, parents C.L. "Doc" Womack,Sr. and Louisiana B. Womack , sister Bridie W. Black, and brothers, Auby Womack, Roy Womack and Robbie Womack. Funeral services will be Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm. in the Canoochee Baptist Church with Elder Tommy Rountree officiating. Interment will follow in the Kirkland Family Cemetery. Pall bearers will be: Steve Martin, Josh Martin, Sam Womack, Tra' Pearce, Michael Womack, and Scotty Womack. He is survived by; A daughter; Karen Martin, A son; Cale Womack, 8 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren A sister: Blonnie W. Johnson. The family will receive friends, Saturday evening between the hours of 6 and 8 pm. at the Funeral Home.
