Tomlinson Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Billy G. Nasworthy Sr. age 67 of Swainsboro on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Emanuel Medical Center.

The family of Mr. Nasworthy will hold a memorial service at a later date.

Mr. Nasworthy was a native of Emanuel County. He was a retired construction worker and was skilled in metal stud framing and sheetrock as well as many other trades. Mr. Billy loved fishing with his sons and in earlier years taking them many times to the movies. He was a simple man who didn't complain and was a devoted reader of his bible.

Survivors Include:

His Sons: Billy Graham Nasworthy Jr. of Augusta, Charles O. Nasworthy (Jennifer) of Augusta, and William Leon Nasworthy of Augusta.

Seven Grandchildren: Charlie Nasworthy, Clay Nasworthy, Ryan Nasworthy, Mason Nasworthy, Preston Nasworthy, Bryce Nasworthy, and Cory Nasworthy.

His Partner: Patricia Cook of Swainsboro

Brothers Larry Nasworthy, Robert Nasworth (Connie) of Augusta, and Mike Nasworthy (Andrea) of Augusta.

One Great-Grandchild: Brantley Nasworthy
