Audrey Weed Handberry Tarver, 87, resident of Wadley, died Wednesday morning, August 18, 2021  in Louisville, Georgia.  Audrey was born in Hinesville, Georgia, daughter of the late Archie and Ruby Kersey Weed.  She was preceded in death by her first husband  Louie Handberry and her  husband Jimmy Tarver and her parents.  She had worked as a bank teller for many years.  Audrey was a member of Wadley Baptist Church.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a private graveside service was held Friday, August 20, 2021 in the Wadley Cemetery with Reverend Tom Harrison, Chaplain Roger Holley and Mr. David Gunn officiating.

Survivors include--daughter-- Debra Crowell(Richard), Townville, SC

son------Louie "Skeeter" Handberry, Jr. (Sherri), Wadley,GA

son-----Anthony Alan "Tony" Handberry (Amanda), Wadley,GA

grandchildren and great grandchildren

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, FL 17, Chicago, IL 60601  or to the Wadley Baptist Church, 225 North Main Street, Wadley, Georgia 30477 in memory of  Audrey Handberry Tarver.
