Annamelia L. Oglesby, 91, resident of Midville, Georgia, died Friday, April 9,2021 at her residence.  Mrs. Oglesby was a native and lifelong resident of Emanuel County.  She was the daughter of the late Rufus L. Lamb and Eva Outlaw Lamb.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband  James E. Oglesby, 2 sisters, Mary Garrett and Helen Thigpen.  She was a homemaker and a member of Lamb's Chapel United Methodist Church where she had served as Church Treasurer for 54 years.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. from Lamb's Chapel  United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Christopher Shoemaker officiating.  Pallbearers will be :  Willis Toulson, Rett Daniel, Tripp Patat, James Arrington, Ernie Newton, Barry Wren, and Tommy Lamb. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to  Lamb's Chapel United Methodist Church  or Lamb's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund  c/o Connie Upton, P.O. Box 816, Wadley, Georgia 30477.    The Family will receive friends  following the service  at the graveside.
