Addie Nadean Smith Sherrod,90, resident of Swainsboro, passed away Monday at her residence .Mrs. Sherrod was born in Sevierville, TN, daughter of the late Sam and Sue Cates Smith. "Dean" was a homemaker and a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Swainsboro .In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Bill Sherrod, 5 sisters and a brother.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sherrod will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00P.M.from the chapel of Tomlinson Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Nary officiating. Interment to follow in the Swainsboro City Cemetery with Reverend  Michael Bailey officiating. Visitation will be at 1:00 P.M. until the funeral service at 2:00P.M.

Survivors include her children--William Sherrod(Leisha), Rhonda Johnson(Bobby Wayne), Debbie Wilson(Larry),Tammy Jeffers, and Tim Sherrod

Grandchildren-Jaime Purvis, Korey Sherrod, Jesse Ervin, Cassie Way, Kristie Brantley ,Derrick Wilson, Tiphany  Jeffers, Dustin Jeffers, Adam Sherrod, and Catelyn McCarty.

24 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
